Cancellation Policy
**Nails & Manicures Booking Policy** A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total treatment price. The remaining balance is payable at your appointment. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your booking. Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in the loss of your deposit. Any additional cancellation or no-show charges must be reasonable, proportionate to the loss incurred and compliant with consumer law. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in your treatment being shortened or rescheduled. Please inform me before your appointment of any nail damage, suspected infections, allergies, skin sensitivities or existing nail products requiring removal. Nail art, repairs and removal of existing products may incur additional charges and require extra appointment time. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
