Your appointment is secured once the required non-refundable booking fee has been paid. The remaining balance and payment arrangements will be explained when your package is confirmed.
Can I book a package for a special occasion?
Yes. Packages can be created for holidays, birthdays, weddings, celebrations or a well-earned pamper day. Booking early is recommended for important dates.
Are patch tests still required?
Yes. Patch tests and consultations are still required for selected treatments, even when they are booked as part of a package.
Can I change my treatments after booking?
Small changes may be possible if agreed in advance. Changes can affect the appointment length, treatment order and final price, so please contact me as early as possible.
Can I buy a treatment package as a gift?
Yes. Ready-made or personalised packages can be purchased as a gift, subject to treatment suitability and any required consultations or patch tests. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months and cannot be redeemed during December.
