Enjoy your appointment in our private, inclusive, one-to-one salon in Waddington, Lincoln. **Please note:** Brow lamination is not included. A consultation and any required allergy alert testing must be completed before treatment.
Cancellation Policy
# Brows & Lashes Booking Policy **Bookings & Deposits** A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The amount is displayed at checkout, with the remaining balance payable at the salon. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Deposits may be transferred once with sufficient notice, subject to availability. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in the loss of your deposit. No additional automatic cancellation or no-show fees apply. Your statutory rights are unaffected. **Consultation & Patch Testing** A consultation is required before treatment. Patch or allergy alert testing must be completed where required by the product manufacturer, treatment circumstances or insurance conditions. Please disclose allergies, skin or eye conditions, sensitivities, relevant medications and recent cosmetic treatments. Treatment may be postponed if required testing has not been completed or if it is unsuitable for you. **Preparing for Your Appointment** Please arrive with clean brows and lashes, free from makeup and oils. For lash treatments, remove contact lenses if advised. **Results & Aftercare** Results vary depending on your natural hair and individual characteristics. Aftercare instructions will be provided and should be followed to maintain results and minimise irritation. **Late Arrivals** Late arrival may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled. **Privacy & Inclusivity** Pink Unicorn Glam Lounge is a private, inclusive, one-to-one salon in Waddington, Lincoln. All clients are welcome, and silent appointments are available on request. **Important** We may postpone or decline treatments where necessary for safety or suitability.
